They say every woman dreams of a home with a white picket fence and the shutters maybe matching the door- you know little things like that. Well in Dream Home, a young woman goes to extremes when she can no longer afford her dream home.

It stars Josie Ho, Anthony Wong, Eason Chan, Michelle Ye Suen, Lawrence Chou, Derek Tsang, Juno Mak, Sin Lap Man, Wong Ching and Lo Hoi Pang. Many are quite ready to try this new Chinese slasher film on for size and I am one of them even though I never had those dreams about the white picket fence.

NYC Zombie Crawl on May 31st in Brooklyn!
Believe it, all you fiends out there, the zombies are returning to Brooklyn, NY on Sunday, May 31st! The official path of death and devastation and all the bloodthirsty details will be announced soon. The crawl will start around 3pm and will continue into the evening, ending at the official after party around 9pm!

went to do the wash the other day and I almost fainted when the water started to pour into it. It smelled horrible, maybe some freak leaked some kind of wacky chemicals in our water- nah I doubt it, we just have putrid water!

Wanna Be in The Willows?
The Willows is the working title of an upcoming low-budget, independent horror film by WKU film and video production professor Ron DeMarse. DeMarse, who wrote the first draft will be completing the final draft after several colleagues and students on his team have finished making their contributions to the script. DeMarse will also direct the movie which will be filmed locally in July and August.

The plot involves a group of students exploring the property that one of them has recently inherited. The old plantation was mysteriously abandoned in the 1860’s, and the friends are about to discover why. Open auditions are to be held May 5 (5-8pm), 7 (5-8pm) and 9 (1-4pm) in Gordon Wilson Hall, room 308 on WKU’s campus. No experience is necessary, but if you have resumes, head shots or photographs you are encouraged to bring them.

This isn't your average "one eyed monster"!
One Eyed Monster is a horror/comedy about porn actors starring one of the biggest - no pun intended porn actors Ron Jeremy. Here the cast and crew of an adult film are stranded in a blizzard and must band together against an alien creature before it gets to them all.

The film pays homage to The Thing and Alien. So this mysterious alien possesses Ron Jeremy's character and they must try to trap it then destroy it. It is banking on being hilarious but it might just be another cheesy horror film. Is it porn, no- well not unless Ron
breaks out his one eyed purple people eater!

Happy Mother's Day! (Mother's Day)
The film is a loose remake of Charles Kaufman's 1980 Troma Films cult horror classic Mothers Day which follows a family of bad guys, led by a smart, manipulative and sadistic mommy.

The family all return to their childhood home to torment the poor new owners. Scott Milam penned the script while Mark Burg, Oren Koules and Carl Mazzocone will produce. You see, not all mother's are nice happy women who like to bake apple pie, this mom is a mean one! I have never seen this one, atleast I don't think I have. I have only watched a hand full of Troma flicks.

Chul-soo Park's 1995 psychological thriller 301/ 302 will be remade and americanized and will be titled 10a/10b.Christopher Mallick's Oxymoron Entertainment will produce with Intl. Production Co. and Floyd Byars and Unjoo Byars.

Who better to play neighbors then Liv Tyler and Marisa Tomei? Tyler is a culinery artist while Tomei is an actress whose career is fading fast. They live side by side in lofts in an apartment building. We all know how
sometimes our lovely neighbors can be super annoying. On one side of me I have parrots screaming all hours of the day an night while on the other I have a dog that poops on my front steps everyday!

Reeves has a duel personality! (Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde)
Here we have the modern take on Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The flick is being produced by Erwin Stoff and Red Wagon Entertainment's Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher. Universal is obviously ready to jump on the remake band wagon since The Wolfman remake will be out in November and if it's successful next will come The Creature Of The Black Lagoon remake.

I can see star Keanu Reeves filling in for the lead role, he's a pretty versatile actor and didn't do to bad in Dracula. I could do a good job myself as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, you should see me when I have PMS!

Writer/ director Aramis Sartorio (AKA Tommy Pistol) is geared up to give us the indie horror film It Ate His Face. Here we have some research going on at an unknown section of the great lakes in Michigan with four students.


Well instead of completing their research they end up fighting off crazy inbred red necks and a creature down below in the waters that hasn't evolved in over 250 million years, damn that's a long time to be stewing! So basically this film has the kill or be killed attitude. Can these students tough it out or will
they end up flat out dead?

The Roomate directed by Christian E. Christiansen, Aly Michalka and Matt Lanter will star Minka Kelly, Leighton Meester, Cam Gigandet. The Roomate is a psychological thriller about a deranged college freshman Rebecca, who becomes insanely obsessed with her new roommate.

Sound a little like Single White Female to you? Minus the dorm rooms of course. All because Sara's roomate shows her some attention and tries to give the girl a social life since she is very outgoing, she will be put into danger. It just goes to show you, no matter how much you try to help some people they are still assholes!
