"DRAG ME TO HELL" ALREADY SAYS RAIMI |
|
And that’s exactly what it sounds like audiences will see in the film, too. Raimi hints at some disturbing insect imagery and a willingness to tap the torture effects in “Drag Me To Hell.” The film stars Alison Lohman as an ambitious loan officer who becomes the target of a malicious curse after foreclosing on a loan to an old woman. Justin Long and Adriana Barraza co-star in the film. Now we couldnt stop there, so we dug alittle further and heres what Same says about the film
MTV: There have been very few actual depictions of hell in the cinema — the most recent one I can remember is "What Dreams May Come." Will you take us there? Raimi: I don't want to say, because I want to surprise the audience. This film is trying to be like a "spook-a-blast," which is those cheesy carnival rides you get on and you're jerked around in the darkness, wondering if a skeleton will pop out. You're asking me, "Is a skeleton going to pop out?" So I just can't, in good conscience, answer that question. Instead I'll say, "No comment." [Laughs.] I've always wanted to say that: "No comment." Add to that some new pics to post and we got ourselves a new pic to drool over...here ya go.
